“ A produce department manager told
me once that they’ll make changes in the
produce department when about 10 people ask, when
about 10 people bring something up. Because they
figure if 10 people go to the trouble to ask,
100 others are thinking it. And so I just tell
folks, ‘Ask. Talk about it.’ Y’know,
ask questions, because 100 other people are thinking
about it, are thinking about the very same thing
and they’re not asking. So just imagine
if we all started asking.”
